CBS Competitive Soccer Program

COMPETITIVE PATHWAYS

CBS offers teams access to multiple league platforms through both U.S. Club Soccer and FYSA / US Youth Soccer.

• Central Florida Premier League (CFPL)
• National Premier Leagues (NPL)
• Sunshine National League
• Florida State Premier League (FSPL)
• Elite Development Program (EDP)
• Greater Central Florida League (GCF)

TRAINING & MATCHES

CBS competitive teams typically:

• Train 2–3 times per week
• Play weekend league games
• Participate in local and regional tournaments
• Compete in 8–10 league games per season

SEASON STRUCTURE

• May: Tryouts and team formation
• Summer: Preseason training
• August – May: League play and tournaments

PLAYER PATHWAY

The CBS Competitive Program helps prepare players for:

• High school soccer
• College opportunities
• Olympic Development Program (ODP)
• Advanced levels of play

WHO SHOULD JOIN

This program is for players who:

HOW TEAMS ARE FORMED

• Teams are formed through annual tryouts (typically in May)
• Players are evaluated and placed in the best environment for their development
