Game Re-schedules

We understand things come up unexpectedly, please let us know as soon as possible if you need to reschedule a game. Each league has different rules and deadlines regarding games being rescheduled so please reach out right away to avoid a fine and/or forfeit.

Please note GCF does have a 10-day Rule "With the exception of the first week of a season, the initial request for reschedules for reasons other than previously stated (FYSA Cup's and weather) must be made to the opposing club via email AT LEAST 10 DAYS PRIOR TO A GAME. All reasonable requests made 10 days or more prior should be considered and granted if a sufficient open date for both teams is available before the conclusion of league play. I a request is made less than 10 days prior to a match, clubs are still allowed to agree to a reschedule, but the club receiving the request IS NOT obligated to grant the request."

However, they will be required to complete a “Refresher Course.” If you have any questions, please contact the state office at 863-268-8220 The link to the course can be found within your coach account on www.gotsoccer.com
