First Touches
The First Touches program is a fun, beginner-level introduction to soccer that encourages movement, coordination, and confidence—alongside parent participation!

- Led by certified club coach
- Focuses on coordination, balance, fun with the ball, and parent-player bonding

Program Highlights
- U5 & U6
- 4v4, no goalkeepers
- Schedule: 1-hour weekly practices on Tuesdays 5:30-6:30pm + 1 weekday game day on Thursdays 5:30-6:30pm
- Focus on basic ball control, fun and interactive games, teamwork, and creativity
- Led by parent volunteers with weekly provided session plans
- Parents help guide players through games and activities
- Small rosters, fields & goals for age-appropriate learnin
Junior Academy
Our Junior Academy helps kids build foundational skills and knowledge to prepare them for continued growth and development in our competitive and recreational programs.

Program Highlights
- U7 & U8
- 5v5 with goalkeepers
- Schedule: Two 1-hour practices weekly + Saturday game days
- Focus on foundational techniques (dribbling, passing, shooting), game scenarios, and teamwork
- Led by trained parent volunteers with weekly club coach support and provided session plans
- Refereed game days for real game experience
